Jennifer is the one and here's why. I had to sell our condo and needed a few things fixed. I changed realtors because the other one suggested we put the place up for sale right away when at least a few days worth of work needed to be done. Jennifer waited until things were fixed and then the property sold 1 day after being put on the market.
